I run small informal workshops throughout the year. Although some workshops are calendared, you can also select your own dates - full day and half day, where you can make your own jams, chutneys, jellies and much more in a fun and friendly atmosphere. Preserve recipes are selected based on what is seasonally available or frozen during the season.
