The Yorkshire Preservatory is nearly a year old!

Starting any new venture can be daunting, but after teaching for 34 years, leaving something I really loved to follow a new direction was not only daunting but terrifying too! Nearly a year has gone by and now I feel exhilarated not daunted by my choices. When will you join me in one of my workshops. Making jam, chutneys, jellies and more is not only satisfying it also provides great gifts for family and friends. I will be starting off my fruit gins next month ready for next years festivities. Raspberry gin was my favourite this year. What will be yours!
